Frog Level History

So named by the local community because of its low-lying location along Richland Creek, the “frog level” when the area flooded. This area has been known as such since the railroad tracks were laid down.

The Lineside

This rustic space boasts nearly 5,000 square feet of usable space, and is completely flexible to your needs. Whether you’re looking for a space to book a Christmas Party this winter, or in search of the barn-wedding aesthetic for your special day, we’ve got you covered.

Not only is the space available for rent, but we’ve teamed up with Adamas Entertainment to offer monthly concerts, presenting amazing talent from Western North Carolina and beyond, as well state-of-the-art production.

We also hold our “For the Love of Locals” monthly vendor markets here, and can offer you or your community, organization, club or business a similar type of “expo”/market here, it’s the perfect space for such an event!
